To return your product, you must send it via the same shipping company that delivered the product to you, to the address specified in the receipt provided by Body Vivid Store.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
